Building Permits - In most cases a building permit will be required if any structural changes are being made to the building - eg cutting out new or modifying existing elevator landing door entrances - cutting out or altering motor room floor slabs - We can arrange for all that will be required to have a building permit issued.
Engineering - We can arrange for all and any engineering requirements that may be needed for the installation of the new lift
Lifting beams - We can engineer, manufacture, install and test lifting beams and lifting points.
Work & protection decks - We can Engineer, manufacture and install any work deck or protection deck required.
Shaft steel works - We can manufacture and install any steel work that is required for the installation of the new lift.
New lift shafts - We can build and install new lift shafts made from masonry or steel.
Cutting out of landing door entrances - We can arrange for the cutting out of brick and masonry door entrances - existing or new.
Making good works - We can arrange for all painting, tiling, carpet, plaster and make good works.
Electrical supply & phone line works. - We can arrange for electrical and phone line requirements.
